of Employment Services (DOES) plans, develops, and administers effective
and efficient employment services to the Washington metropolitan
population. Working in conjunction with the private sector, community-based
organizations, and other government agencies, DOES strives to develop
a world-class workforce and work environment, creating a sound,
stable economic foundation for families, individuals, and the general
