Project
Y.COM in-school phase has four (4) developmental phases: weekly "leadership"
seminars, quarterly "Town Hall" meetings, weekly operations
of WOIC.AM and WWW.OICDC.ORG and weekly academic enrichment and occupational
training. All phases will concentrate on tracking students, developing
open lines of communications, employability training, and excitement
building to keep participants interested.
